Founded in 1900, Takahashi Shuzo is a distillery of Honkaku Rice Shochu, located in the verdant hills
of southern Kumamoto Prefecture.
There, we produce Kuma Shochu, Japan’s leading brand of Shochu, boasting nearly 500 years of history.
