Honkaku Rice Shochu
Kinjo Shiro

We start with Honkaku Rice Shochu that has been aged in three types of casks – American White Oak, Cognac, and Sherry – and blend it to perfect balance with our own Hakutake Shiro Shochu, resulting in the delectable Kinjo Shiro.

It offers a robust aroma and smooth, full-bodied taste similar to Whisky. We recommend it on the rocks, in a highball or even enjoyed as a digestif or accompaniment to desert.
