Hakutake Limited is simply the finest and most exclusive Shochu in our lineup.
Distilled in 1985 and then long-aged for over 30 years, it is noted for its fruity aroma owed to Date Palms (the only fruit ingredient allowed to be used in a product dubbed ‘Honkaku Shochu’ as stipulated by the Japanese government) as well as its ABV of 30%, which is relatively high for Shochu.
