Honkaku Rice Shochu
Characterized by its beautiful, flamboyant fragrance and clear taste, Ginrei Shiro is distilled from a mash that is carefully fermented at very low temperatures using Ginjo yeast, giving the final product an elegant, fruity aroma similar to that of Ginjo Sake.
We sought to maximize the Ginjo aroma while creating a Rice Shochu with a deep, mellow taste and a mild, smooth feeling as it passes down the throat.

Bold and vivid on the nose, well rounded and lavish on the palate. This would be excellent paired with a cheese board on a sunny afternoon. The finish is lovely and lengthy with citrus and umami.
